Return Eligibility:


To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
The clothing item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.


Return Process:


If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, you can initiate a return by following these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via phone or email to inform them about your intention to return the item. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Our customer service representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.

  3. Package the clothing item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include all original tags and accessories.

  4. Clearly write the return authorization number (if provided) on the outside of the package.

  5. Ship the package back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  6. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  7. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 or provide you with store credit, as per your preference.

Exceptions and Restrictions:


Please note the following exceptions and restrictions to our returns policy:

  • Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear and tear may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Swimwear, underwear, and earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • Returns of items purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or any other special promotions may be subject to different terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy or appear to be fraudulent.

Exchanges:


Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
